On July 27th, AKB48's Itano Tomomi held her solo event, 'CLUV Tomo.DANCE TRIAL 2013 Edition', at Shinkiba STUDIO COAST.�

Itano, who will be graduating from the group on August 27th, reflected upon Shinoda Mariko's graduation ceremony the other day at Fukuoka Yafuoku! Dome. "Since I am also graduating soon, I thought about what it would be like with Mariko, and became sad and lonely. It's like I've already graduated once," she said.

Itano revealed, "I've never been center, so there is a lot of pressure because I'll be the main person during my graduation. When I saw Mariko going through that, we became nervous together." Having experienced Shinoda's graduation, she said, "Now I think I will be able to relax a little bit and graduate."

The event was held to commemorate the release of Itano's 4th solo single, "1%". During the event, 4 winning groups of the YouTube dance contest, '1?DANCE TRIAL', were announced. Together with Itano, they gave a dance performance to "1%" and enlivened the crowd. Itano also sang her graduation song, "8 years", that she wrote herself.�

When starting her 3rd song, Nakamori Akina's "Shoujo A", she interrupted the performance saying, "Wait a minute! I'm going to stop once because I'm nervous!" In front of the 2,000 all-standing audience, she said, "I wasn't nervous during rehearsal, but why do I get nervous on stage? Can I sing it again? Once more, please."

For this event, Itano was involved in coming up with the goods and the set list together with the staff. She expressed, "I was really looking forward to it," and showed great enthusiasm saying,�"When I graduate, I want to have many lives like this!"
