On August 16, AKB48 and
their sister groups performed at the Nagoya Dome as a part of their 5-dome
tour. This is the first time for the 48 groups to hold a live concert at the venue, and a total of 183 members appeared on stage together with 35,000 fans cheering on.
Nagoya-based SKE48 livened up the stage. Matsui Jurina (16) roused the fans with, "Of course Nagoya is the hot place~." This was followed by the performance of 12 SKE48 songs by all the groups, which filled the dome with "Nagoya-color."
During the encore, SKE48's lifetime honorary kenkyuusei member Matsumura Kaori (23) revealed for the first time her indie solo debut song "Matsumu Love!" (limited to 1000 copies, sale date not yet determined.) The song, which was produced by HKT48's Sashihara Rino (20), is definitely an idol song, as Sashihara chose the song and wrote the lyrics.
Matsumura showed up in a costume ordered by Sashihara, which was covered with the newspapers that had articles about the 48 groups. She smiled and said, "Every time a new article comes out, my costume would change." First-time idol producer
Sashihara also praised herself with, "It is a good song, if I say so myself."
