Ayaka

On September 5th, singer Ayaka kicked off her nationwide tour 'Ayaka LIVE TOUR 2013 Fortune Cookie ~Nani ga Deru Kana!?~' at Kobe International House.

This tour coincides the release of Ayaka's first cover album 'Yu-on Club ~1st grade~' (released September 4th). Aside songs from the album, she sang "Mikazuki" for the first time in 4 years. She also performed her new song "Arigatou no Wa" for the very first time.

The concert kicked off with a chime to go with the "school" theme of the album. Like the album's jacket cover, Ayaka appeared on stage with a mannish school girl look. She then sang the 11 songs from her cover album back to back.

Ayaka was deeply moved to tears upon seeing her fans listening to her attentively as she sang "Arigatou no Wa", which was written as Nestle Kit Kat's 40th anniversary song. There was also a special project for which Ayaka sang the top 5 songs her fans requested. These songs included her originals such as "Mikazuki", "I believe", and "Minna Sora no Shita".

Ayaka will hold a total of 19 shows in 11 locations with her finale on November 29th at Sendai Sun Plaza Hall.
