It's been reported that NMB48 member Yamauchi Tsubasa will temporarily suspend her activities due to a leg injury.
During the group's 3rd anniversary live at Osaka-jo Hall back in October, Yamauchi challenged herself to a difficult dance as a member of the dance senbatsu. NMB48's theater manager Kaneko Tsuyoshi explained, "Recently, there has been a pain in her leg. Upon discussion with the doctor, her parents, and Yamauchi herself, it has been decided that she will be taking a break from NMB48 activities for a short while. Please watch over her warmly until she returns."

Yamauchi also revealed through her blog that she has been performing with an injury since the end of last year. "I want to properly take a break and heal my injury. I may cause everyone to worry, but I hope to return after healing my injury completely. The next time we meet, I want to show myself looking healthy. Please wait until then," she expressed.
Yamauchi is a 3rd generation member who passed the audition in December of 2011. She became a part of Team B2 when they formed in October of 2012.
