The winter season for dramas is just around the corner, and as usual, tokyohive is giving you a short overview of the upcoming prime time dramas. Maybe you haven't heard about all of them yet, so we hope that this little overview helps you put 1 or 2 more dramas on your radar for the upcoming season.

The drama depicts the strenuous efforts of Koyurugi Souta (Matsumoto) trying to win over the heart of the sometimes mischievous Saeko (Ishihara), who he has fallen in love with at first sight. He even decides to become the best chocolatier there is in order to get her to love him as much as she loves chocolate. His plan fails as she continues to give him the cold shoulder and as time passes, she eventually marries another man. However, this doesn't stop him from loving her and from making chocolate.
Other characters include a female colleague of Souta (Mizukawa), a model (Mizuhara), a fellow aspiring chocolatier (Mizobata), and Souta's younger sister (Arimura).

The young owner offers the detective very cheap rent in return for allowing her to participate in his work since she is nuts about mystery stuff. This unique duo will surprise you with their astounding reasoning. The script is handled by famed Fukuda Yuichi.

An intense Sunday drama that follows the members of the newly established "National Police Safety Rescue" (NPS) team whose purpose is to make sure that various hostage situations get resolved quickly with both the hostages and the criminals still alive. The two protagonists are the NPS member Kamikura Ichigo (Mukai), sports-minded former boxer whose specialty is close combat, and a very skilled sniper of the Special Assault Team (SAT) named Soga Iori (Ayano) who couldn't care less about NPS or whether a criminal survives. The commanding officer of NPS is portrayed by Omori Nao, while the heroine - a nurse - is played by Fukiishi Kazue.
