It's been revealed that�X JAPAN�will be appearing on�TV Asahi's�4-hour�music special 'MUSIC STATION SUPER LIVE 2014' on December 26 at 7:00 pm.�

The last time X JAPAN made an appearance on 'MUSIC STATION' was back in December of 1997. Moreover, this will mark their first live performance on a TV program since 1997's 'Kohaku Uta Gassen'. On their first 'MUSIC STATION' appearance in about 17 years, leader YOSHIKI expressed, "We hope to represent a X JAPAN that 'presses on towards the future while carrying the past on our shoulders'."�

Besides X JAPAN, over 40 artists such as Sheena Ringo, SMAP, SEKAI NO OWARI, Perfume, B'z, Mr.Children, and L'Arc~en~Ciel will be appearing on the music special.�
