On September 15, GACKT attended the opening event for 'Nescafe Dolce Gusto Drop Mirai Cafe' in Tokyo. 

During the event, GACKT revealed, "I couldn't drink coffee before. It wasn't my favorite. When I went to France, everyone drinking it looked so cool, so I practiced everyday. I was finally able to drink it about 5 years ago."

GACKT also shared that he is now very particular about his cup of java. He says he would rather drink coffee he brews at home instead of buying it from a coffee shop. "I was very impressed with how deep the flavor of coffee could be. I was able to become an 'adult'," he said.

When asked if he has a special person in his life who brews him the perfect cup of coffee, GACKT responded, "I wish there was someone. She's rather difficult to find." 

Nestle released their new coffee machine 'Nescafe Dolce Gusto Drop' on September 15. To commemorate this occasion, they have opened a "mirai cafe" ("future cafe") in Harajuku for a limited time until September 23. GACKT, who became the first customer of this cafe, stated, "I love new things like this."
