TOKYO GIRLS' STYLE member Konishi Ayano will be graduating from the group and retiring from the showbiz industry.
Konishi has been on hiatus since June in order to concentrate on treating her back issues. Regarding the reason for her graduation, Konishi explained, "I lost my confidence to keep up with the group who is aiming further ahead. It doesn't feel right to be part of it with this half-hearted attitude. I could even stand in the way of them. Thus I have made this decision."
Regarding her future, she wrote, "Though it will be a different way, I will try my best with confidence, so I won't lose to the members who are charging head first toward their dreams."
