It's been reported that AKB48 member Shinozaki Ayana will be suspending her performances due to Graves' disease. 

Shinozaki went to see a doctor as she was feeling unwell and was diagnosed with Graves' disease. She was ordered to refrain from vigorous exercises for long periods of time, which prompted her to suspend her performances. However, she will be appearing in "AKB48 45th Single General Election" to be held on June 18 at HARD OFF ECO Stadium in Niigata. 

On AKB48's official blog, Shinozaki wrote, "I will do my best to be able to stand in the theater, so please wait for me! I will exert myself to activities that I can do, so please continue to support me."
