Actress Kichise Michiko (41) has given birth to a 2,848 gram (6 lbs 4 oz) baby girl on October 26. This announcement was made via her agency's official website as well as her accounts on social networking sites. 

Kichise announced, "It was a little earlier than expected, but I gave birth to my second child, a healthy 2,848 gram baby girl, on October 26. Both mother and baby are in healthy condition." She added, "I hope to build a family full of smiles and love while treasuring family bonds."

She plans to gradually resume her work while monitoring her physical condition. Finally, she called out, "To everyone who always supports me and to persons concerned, thank you for watching over me warmly. I am grateful from the bottom of my heart."

Kichise married a non-celebrity man 10 years her senior in December of 2010. They welcomed their first daughter in July of 2013.
