It's been announced that STU48 captain Imamura Mitsuki will graduate from the group.

Imamura has been a member of STU48 since they first formed in 2017. She became captain in January of 2020 after Okada Nana graduated from the group. 

Imamura made the graduation announcement on December 24 during the group's Christmas live 'STU48 Christmas Live 2023' at BLUELIVE HIROSHIMA. She commented, "I wanted to other members to seize various opportunities. I also wanted to step out into the wide world to gain a wide perspective. These are the two main reasons I decided to graduate." 

Imamura's graduation concert is set for March 31 at Hiroshima International Conference Center.
