On February 28, former Nogizaka46 member Nakamoto Himeka updated her blog announcing her marriage.

Nakamoto introduced her husband saying, "He's cheerful and reliable like an older brother, at the same time playful and cute like a younger brother." She added, "I would like to treasure my husband in the same way he treasures me." 

Nakamoto was active in Nogizaka46 from 2011 to 2017. After graduation, she made the resolve to become a psychological counselor. Upon studying cognitive behavioral therapy and counseling, she opened up a counseling salon in 2018.
