As we reported earlier, MTV Japan will broadcast a new reality drama on January 8th called "SHIBUHARA GIRLS". Inspired by America's "The Hills", the show will follow four young girls who want to break out into the fashion and entertainment scene.

Two of the four girls are models: Sun Wei is of Chinese-descent, and�Akimoto Kozue is the daughter of an ex-Yokozuna (the highest rank in�sumo), Chiyonofuji (now the head coach of�Kokonoe stable).

The remaining two are singers - one is about to debut (Ishikawa Marie), while the other has been in the industry for four years (Miyawaki Shion).

"SHIBUHARA GIRLS" will air in 16 countries in Asia, including Taiwan, China, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
