Model Rola has created a new Instagram account (?workout_330) to share her workout life.

In her first post, she wrote, "Welcome to my workout life?I'm so excited to share my workout life style?Working out makes everything better & more positive." It's only been a day since creating the account, and she has already uploaded videos of her workouts as well as photos of her meals.
