On April 7, actress Kichise Michiko (46) announced that she has divorced her husband of ten years.

In the announcement, Kichise stated, "It's a sudden announcement, but I, Kichise Michiko, would like to announce that I have gotten divorced. After discussions, we reached the decision that we will be pursuing different paths."

She continued, "As an actress and mother, I will put in more effort to respond to everyone's warm thoughts, so please watch over me."

Kichise married a non-celebrity man ten years her senior in December of 2010. She had their first daughter in July of 2013, then their second daughter in October of 2016.
