It has been officially confirmed that season 2 of the TV anime "My Happy Marriage (Watashi no Shiawase na Kekkon)" is on the way.

"My Happy Marriage" is originally a light novel written by Agitogi Akumi, illustrated by Tsukioka Tsukiho. 

The main characters are Kudou Kiyoka – an elite soldier depicted as ruthless – and Saimori Miyo who has faced a difficult upbringing, oppressed by her stepmother and stepsister. These two dynamic characters are the driving force behind the intense and heart-wrenching romance of the series.

The novel made its first leap to the visual medium in 2019 with a Manga adaptation by Kohsaka Rito. The adaptation was not only a success but also a critically acclaimed piece that received several awards. Demonstrating its popularity and cultural impact, "My Happy Marriage" was subsequently adapted into a live-action movie, featuring Meguro Ren (Snow Man) and Imada Mio in the leading roles, released in March. It also took to the stage as a play production in August of the same year.

According to KADOKAWA, season 1 incredibly made it to the global TOP 10 on Netflix’s weekly chart for 6 consecutive weeks, a testament to its worldwide popularity.

While the release date for season 2 remains unconfirmed, fans can satiate their curiosity with a sneak peek from a comment video featuring Ueda Reina, the voice actor for Saimori Miyo, and Ishikawa Kaito, who provides the voice for Kudou Kiyoka.
