Actress Hikari Mitsushima (40) has announced the birth of her first child with model Keisuke Asano (32).

Mitsushima casually shared the news during Daichi Miura's TBS Radio program Spacewalk on August 24, revealing that she had actually given birth in early summer. Miura, a longtime friend and former fellow member of the dance and vocal group Folder, had already met the baby.

Miura expressed his surprise that Mitsushima chose his radio program to publicly share the news, adding that the unexpected announcement felt very much like her.

Mitsushima and Asano announced their marriage in March 2026, at which time they also revealed that they were expecting their first child.
