Exciting news! Maaya Sakamoto has revealed through her official homepage that she will be releasing her 7th studio album, "You can't catch me", on January 12, 2011!

Keeping herself very busy, the singer is also simultaneously preparing to promote her newest cover�single, "DOWN TOWN/Yasashisa ni Tsutsumareta nara", which will be released on November 1st.

"You can't catch me" will feature efforts from famous artists and producers�Shoko Suzuki, Kaori Kano, and Kouno Shin. Although it isn't known which tracks they participated in, it's been revealed that the album will have 12 tracks. Currently, only nine have been brought to light, but the remaining three will be named next week.
