�New half� (a.k.a. transsexual) beauty and President, Miki Ota, of cosmetics company �Triple Sun� has been accused of tax evasion. �

The Tokyo Tax Administration has charged her with using about �170,000,000 (nearly $2.1 million) of corporate tax funds on personal expenses. �Miki Ota a.k.a Miki Okae is a beauty scholar and has appeared on TV programs and even released a book.

It�s said that she hid about �610,000,000 (nearly $7.5 million) over a three year period until March 2009 and evaded corporation profit tax of �170,000,000.

According to a credit research company, Ota established the cosmetics company in 1996 and is not only the President, but has been the brand�s beauty figure for in-house brand publication on TV. Ota did research and introduced a new brand of cosmetics that has no chemicals. It became a hot seller and profits increased. The net sales of the company have increased to about �1,300,000,000 (around $16 million) since they opened.

Ota made a vague comment about the alleged charges, but she did say, �To create cosmetics is a girl�s dream... while doing this kind of thing, I will take some time to reflect deeply� and apologized.
