Southern All Stars' member�Kuwata Keisuke will make his comeback to the entertainment industry through a guest appearance on NHK's "Kohaku Uta Gassen" for December 31st.
The artist was afflicted with�esophageal cancer, and withdrew from his activities to recuperate.
After announcing the news, his agency further clarified on why they decided upon "Kohaku" for his first comeback appearance. Kuwata explained that he believed 'Kohaku' would be the most suitable place to express his gratitude for the people who worried over and supported him.
Although details on which song he'll perform or how he'll perform won't be revealed until the 31st, it's enough for fans to know that Kuwata is finally back.
Additionally, information about his new solo album (which was unfortunately postponed due to his illness) will be revealed on January 1st through Kuwata's official site. On the same day, Kuwata will also return to his live broadcast radio show, "Kuwata Keisuke no Yasashii Yoasobi" (TOKYO FM).
