Tohoshinki's comeback track "Why? (Keep Your Head Down)" topped the Recochoku Daily Ringtone Chart after only one day!

The "Beautiful Neighbors" drama theme song began distribution on January 12th, but fans were able to receive a special "Drama Version" during the show's television premiere on the 11th. The response was so overwhelming that all 5,000 downloads of the exclusive ringtone were given out in about 2 minutes. After officially beginning distribution the day after, "Why? (Keep Your Head Down)" has already claimed the number one spot on the chart, followed closely by its coupling track "MAXIMUM."

The powerful duo also plan to make an appearance at SMTOWN LIVE in TOKYO on the 25th and 26th, coinciding with the official release of their Japanese single "Why? (Keep Your Head Down)."

Although they were eventually quickly dethroned by the Recochoku debuts of Nishino Kana's "Distance" and Itano Tomomi's "Dear J," it certainly shows that fans missed Tohoshinki! It'll be interesting to see how they fare on the Oricon charts in a few weeks.
