tokyohive previously reported that an arrest warrant for Komukai Minako (25) was put out in Japan due to suspicions of drug purchases. However, the talent was in the�Philippines�during this time, and it was reported that she had canceled her flight back to Japan on February 11th and went to the immigration office in the Philippines to extend her visa. She was granted the extension on the same day, and it is valid until March 21st.

Finally the Philippines authorities are taking action and have issued an arrest warrant for Komukai in the country. The next time she attempts to extend her visa, she most certainly will be denied. The latest Komukai will be allowed to stay in the Philippines is until March 21st. As soon as Komukai re-enters Japan, she will be immediately arrested.

TV Asahi reported that Komukai had checked out of her hotel in Manila on the 10th, but was seen with a man near the same hotel the following day. Those are her last known whereabouts.
