When S/mileage streamed part two of their new member auditions, it was revealed that eight of Hello! Project's own trainees auditioned for the group as well!

The Eggs who participated in the audition are Miyamoto Karin (3002), Katsuta Rina (3003), Takeuchi Akari (3005), Kaneko Rie (3006), Takagi Sayuki (3007), and Nagazawa Wakana (3008). Mogi Minami (3001) and Otsuka Aina (3004) - who were finalists in the ninth generation Morning Musume auditions - participated as well.
