On October 10th, popular unit DREAMS COME TRUE wrapped up their North American tour, "Dorikamu no Yuube in USA",in New York City.
Back when DREAMS COME TRUE held a North American tour in 2002, vocalist Yoshida Miwa sang all the songs in English. This time, she sang every song in Japanese, including their major hit songs, "Nando Demo", "Ureshii! Tanoshii! Daisuki!", and "LOVE LOVE LOVE".
DREAMS COME TRUE kicked off their tour in Los Angeles on October 1st. Then they traveled to Anaheim and Seattle before wrapping up the tour in New York City.
Yoshida expressed, "I'm sure everyone here lived day-to-day with many thoughts aboutfarawayJapan after the earthquake. I want to take in everyone's feelings here, and take it home to Japan. Then, I want to deliver those feelings to everyone in Japan. That is why I'm going to sing in Japanese. I'm going to talk away in Japanese, okay?"
DREAMS COME TRUE will take the love from North America back home to Japan, and will hold their once in four years live event, "Dorikamu Wonderland 2011", at Kyocera Dome Osaka on November 17th, 19th, and 20th.
