On November 28th, actress Aso Kumiko (33) announced that she is pregnant with her first child!

According to the announcement, Aso is currently 5 months pregnant and is expecting to give birth early next year. She wrote, "In our 4th year of marriage, our family will finally grow. I feel happy yet nervous at the same time, but we want to give love to our child with all our might."

She continued, "Right now, I want to live each day carefully while hoping that our child will grow up peacefully. So please watch over us warmly."

Aso married stylist Iga Daisuke back in December 2007. After childbirth, she plans to continue her work, with her main focus on movies.
