The official website for upcoming movie, 'SPEC~Ten', has finally been updated with its first teaser.

'SPEC~Ten' brings back its two protagonists,�Toma Saya (Toda Erika) and Sebumi Takeru (Kase Ryo), who've already solved various cases related to people with SPEC (special abilities) in last year's TBS drama. In the film, they will continue to find answers to questions raised at the end of the drama, however, the main case will be about the mysterious mummified bodies found on a cruiser ship.

In the teaser, Toma and Sebumi deliver some intense lines like, "SPEC is the product of self-interest!" or "Maybe I should look at you as a monster!"

The teaser also introduces three major new characters, played Kuriyama Chiaki, Ito Atsushi, and Asano Yuko. Fans got to see Juichi (Kamiki Ryunosuke) make a reappearance, a pleasant surprise for avid followers of the series since he was presumed dead. In his scene, Juichi has blood dripping from his mouth, as he grits out, "We're almost there!"

There's an amusing scene with Toma and Aoki Satoko (Kuriyama). The latter is an officer of the intelligence agency, Naicho (Cabinet Intelligence and Research Office), and she's just used her skills to get rid of some bad guys. Impressed and bewildered, Toda commented, "What's this? Kill Bill?"

Along with the teaser, officials also released a new still image showing Toma and Sebumi in a standoff, which raises even more questions about the outcome of the movie.

'SPEC~Ten' is scheduled to open in Japan on April 7th, 2012.
