Maki will play a 34-year-old office worker Mai-chan, who is in a relationship with a married man. She does the best she can to get through each day while trying not to get discouraged from a client who sexually harasses her. One day, Mai-chan visits a dermatologist who asks her, "Are you trying too hard?", which pierces her heart.
Finally, Terajima will play a 39-year-old web designer Sawako-san, who nurses her grandmother with her mother. After meeting her high school classmate by chance, a new love starts to take place.
