On April 16th, Kanjani8 member,�Nishikido Ryo, made an appearance at the press conference for his upcoming drama "Papadol!", which will start airing on the 19th.

As reported previously, the new drama is a remake of TBS drama �Mama wa Idol!�, which was aired in 1987 starring Nakayama Miho. Nishikido will be playing the role of himself, an idol who belongs to Johnny�s Jimusho. �It will be a comedy drama that tells the story of Nishikido secretly marrying a single mother (played by Yuka), who has three kids.

Nishikido, who appeared at the press conference in white tuxedo, was asked if he would be able to marry someone secretly, and he answered, "As long as you guys don't expose it." Then his co-star and the senior of Johnny's Jimusho, TOKIO's Joshima Shigeru, told Nishikido, "You should at least tell Johnny-san (about the secret marriage)."

About the secret marriage,�Kawashima Umika also added, "I think everybody would notice it (if I marry someone secretly) right away, since my face expresses my feelings easily."

On the other hand, Yuka, who appeared in a wedding dress, commented happily, "I'm not sure when I would be able to get married, but I am already satisfied."

In related news, Kanjani8's new single, "Ai Deshita.", has been chosen as the drama's theme song. Other than the release date of June 13th, no other details on the single have been announced at this moment.
