The wife of former martial artist Masato, actress Yazawa Shin(31) has announced through her blog that she has given birth to her first child, a baby girl.

In an entry titled 'Happy news' on June 23rd, she stated "Last night, my baby was born in this world!", and continued "After two days from the new moon (June 20th), I felt the early stages of labor and went to the hospital." She displayed her happiness and commented about her baby, "Today is the first day for her, so she is sleeping well. Every one of her gestures is really cute and lovely..."

Masato and Yazawa met in 2001 through their common friends, and after 6 years of relationship, they got married in February 2007. She announced that she was pregnant last February.
