It's been revealed that singer Naoto Inti Raymi will be making his acting debut in Fuji TV's drama series, 'Omoni Naitemasu'.

The drama's story revolves around Izumi (played by model Nanao), a beautiful woman who captivates every man with her beauty and style but is unable to live a normal life.�Naoto will play the role of Satoshi, the fiance of Izumi's�younger sister. After Satoshi falls in love at first sight with Izumi during his wedding ceremony, the wedding is called off and he becomes a folk singer.

Naoto's appearance in the drama was decided on after singing the�theme song, "Naitetatte". He will be appearing in the 7th (September 1st) and final episodes (September 8th).

"Ever since I was in kindergarten, I would write plays with the girl I liked as the heroine," Naoto shared. He also expressed, "Rather than my dream having come true, it's more like my dream has started."

Filming recently took place in Tokyo, where Naoto challenged himself to a scene of reading poetry to Izumi. "It was difficult, but it was very fun and it kept me excited," he reflected.�Naoto self-evaluated himself with 3 out of 10 points, and showed his eagerness for more acting opportunities in the future.
