THE BOOM has uploaded the short PV for their new single "Hoshi no Love Letter" on YouTube.�

"Hoshi no Love Letter" was originally released back in 1989 and the band has sung it over 1,000 times until now. It will be re-released on May 21 to commemorate their 25th anniversary. The PV was directed by Smith and it features actress Tabe Mikako.�

Tabe was chosen to star in this PV because she has attended vocalist Miyazawa Kazufumi's solo live before, and also because she was born in 1989 which is THE BOOM's debut year.�

Together with the single, THE BOOM will release their live DVD "THE BOOM CONCERT TOUR 2013: 24". They are also scheduled to hold a fan club event on the same day at Shibuya Kokaido. Furthermore, they will kick off their nationwide tour in September before disbanding in December.
