Hip-hop duo HALCALI has announced their first release for 2011, a mini album called "TOKYO CONNECTION."

The mini album will come out on February 9th and is the first mini album released by the duo.� It is a direct sequel to their May released album "TOKYO GROOVE."� Many producers who have worked with HALCALI in the past will be returning for the new mini, including Nakatsuka Takeshi, Yosuke@HOME, Yusuke Tanaka, and Nakamura Hiroshi (i-dep).

Due to its early February release, it will have a light Valentine's Day theme, featuring the HALCALI song, "Giri Choco."� The song has only been played live at HALCALI Valentine's Day shows for several years, and fans should be most excited to finally get an official release for the holiday track.

"TOKYO CONNECTION" will also contain several remixed tracks of previous releases.� There will be a new version of the HALCALI classic "Strawberry Chips", as well as a remix of "Marching March" by 80kidz.
