Kiyoharu has announced that he will be releasing a new double A-side single titled, "Ryusei / the sun" on May 23rd.

In recent years, Kiyoharu has been an active member in rock bands Kuroyume and Sads. This will be his first solo release in 2 years and 4 months, with his last being "LAWS" back in 2010.

"Ryusei / the sun" will be available for purchase in 3 different editions: Type A (CD+DVD), Type B (CD+DVD), and Regular (CD-Only). Both Type A and B will contain 2 songs while the CD-Only version will include 3.�Additionally, the DVDs will feature the music videos for "Ryusei" and "the sun".

Prior to the single's release, Kiyoharu will hold a solo live on March 27th at LIQUIDROOM ebisu. Footage from this concert will be enclosed in the Type A and Type B version DVDs.

Kiyoharu has also announced that he will hold a 5-day live in April called "APRIL ONE WEEK". From April 2nd to the 5th, he will hold concerts at Daikanyama UNIT, and on the 6th, he will take the stage at Shibuya PLEASURE PLEASURE.
