SixTONES will be in charge of the opening theme for TV anime 'Hanyo no Yashahime' that's scheduled to start on October 3. 

'Hanyo no Yashahime' is a spin-off to Takahashi Rumiko's popular manga 'InuYasha,' and it focuses on Sesshomaru's twin daughters Towa and Setsuna, and Kagome and InuYasha's daughter Moroha. On the song, Jesse commented, "The new song 'NEW ERA' is a SixTONES-ish rock tune, but at the same time, there are parts that we challenged ourselves to new things. I am confident that this song will not lose to the power of 'Hanyo no Yashahime' which is already creating lots of buzz before its airdate."
