Utada Hikaru has been confirmed to perform at one of the largest music festivals in the world, Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival!

 Representing Japan, Utada will be featured in 88rising’s showcase "HEAD IN THE CLOUDS FOREVER" on Saturday, April 16. Other artists to be featured in this showcase are NIKI, Rich Brian, CL, Jackson Wang, MILLI, BIBI, BOTY, and Warren Hue. 

This is the first time that a Japanese artist will perform on the main stage of Coachella since TOKYO SKA PARADISE ORCHESTRA appeared in 2013. This also marks the singer's first time performing at a music festival, as well as their first time performing in front of a live audience since the finale of 'Hikaru Utada Laughter in the Dark Tour 2018' three and a half years ago.
