A new live house called Zepp Shinjuku (TOKYO) will open in the Kabukicho district of Shinjuku, Tokyo. 

Zepp Shinjuku (TOKYO) will be located on the B1 to B4 floors of Tokyu Kabukicho Tower that's currently being built in Kabukicho 1-chome. Following Zepp DiverCity (TOKYO) and Zepp Haneda (TOKYO), this will be the third Zepp venue in the Tokyo region.  

The new live house will have a seating capacity of approximately 1,500 persons. It will be more compact than the existing Zepp venues allowing guests to have an intimate experience. The opening will take place in April of 2023. 

Besides Zepp Shinjuku (TOKYO), Tokyu Kabukicho Tower will house THEATER MILANO-Za, a theater seating approximately 900 persons, a movie theater, and a hotel.
