Sakurazaka46 member Seki Yumiko has announced her graduation from the group. 

Seki wrote on her blog, "When I told the members, the ones I didn't imagine crying were crying. They told me I did my best. I couldn't stop crying either. I was just so happy that they cried for me like that. I can imagine the faces of my fans who will tell me that they will miss me when I graduate. That is how much I believe I am connected with those who support me. Just that alone makes me glad that I became an idol." 

She added, "Even if I am born again, I will join Keyakizaka46 and choose the path of becoming Sakurazaka46. The days I spent in Keyakizaka46 and Sakurazaka46 are my treasures. After graduation, I will walk towards my new dream. It would make me happy if you would follow me." 

Seki is scheduled to graduate from the group after concluding all promotional activities related to their fifth single (currently untitled) that's slated for release on February 15.
