It's been announced that Igarashi Hiroyuki, better known as EXILE HIRO, will return as the representative director and president of LDH JAPAN.
LDH JAPAN is a management and entertainment company that was founded in September of 2003. HIRO was both the leader of EXILE and president of the company until 2013 when he retired from performing to focus on his work as the company president. He retired from this position and currently serves as the representative director and chairman.
On LDH JAPAN's official website, HIRO explained that after thinking about himself and LDH's concept after COVID-19, as well as LDH's future, he felt that he should take the lead in promoting the idea of "Circle of Dreams," a purpose that represents the company’s reason of existence, which made him decide to return as the company's representative director and president.
HIRO commented, "We will be reborn as an organization that is trusted by the world more than ever before and can contribute more. In order to please all of our shareholders, we will make a fresh start with a new structure starting in October."
HIRO will officially be LDH JAPAN's representative director and president after a shareholders meeting on October 1, then a formal approval by the Board of Directors. He said, "I will gradually announce exciting LDH entertainment, so please look forward to it."
