Rika Shimakura of BEYOOOOONDS has announced her graduation from the group and Hello! Project following the upcoming spring concert tour.

Shimakura made the decision as she looks toward her future, with plans to study abroad to broaden her horizons, learn a new language, and pursue her passion for Showa-era pop music. In her statement, she expressed gratitude for her time in BEYOOOOONDS, calling it an experience filled with unforgettable memories and personal growth.

"I take great pride in having been part of BEYOOOOONDS. Meeting such incredible members and kind fans is a treasure of my life," she shared.

Shimakura joined Hello Pro Kenshusei in 2018 before debuting as a member of BEYOOOOONDS and its unit CHICA#TETSU.
