AKB48 will release their 68th single (currently untitled) on August 19. 

The center for the group's new single will be Momoka Ito, who also held the center position for the previous single "Nagori Zakura," making this the first time the same member has led two consecutive singles in nearly 12 years. The last to do so was Mayu Watanabe with "Labrador Retriever" and "Kokoro no Placard" in 2014.

In addition to Ito, the selected lineup features 16 members: Yui Oguri, Narumi Kuranoo, Miu Shitao, Erii Chiba, Ayami Nagatomo, Mizuki Yamauchi, Airi Sato, Eriko Hashimoto, Miyuu Mizushima, Yuna Akiyama, Sae Arai, Kasumi Kudo, Azuki Yagi, Yui Kawamura, and Saki Kondo.

At 14 years old, Saki Kondo is the youngest member in the lineup and this will be her first time in the senbatsu.
