'Hunter × Hunter' has surpassed 100 million copies in circulation worldwide, including digital editions, ahead of the release of Volume 39 on July 3.
To celebrate the milestone, a special "Shibuya Hunter Town" campaign will fill Tokyo's Shibuya district with street advertisements featuring more than 100 characters from the series. The event, which runs through July 5, will challenge fans to explore Shibuya in search of character ads, with QR codes unlocking exclusive digital content. Fans unable to visit Shibuya will also be able to download the character content through the campaign's official website.
As part of the celebration, Shonen Jump+ and Zebrack are making the first 340 chapters of 'Hunter × Hunter' available to read for free for a limited time, spanning the Hunter Exam arc through the Election/Alluka arc.
