Fans and friends of Daisuke (real name Oshida Hiroshi), who is best known for being a member of the visual kei groups Kagerou, the studs, and Daisuke to Kuro no injatachi, held a memorial for the singer who died suddenly on July 15th. The farewell ceremony was held on the 16th at ZEPP TOKYO and brought together those who missed the singer. In attendance were old band mates from Kagerou and the studs, as well as members from bands MERRY, MUCC, and DIR EN GREY. Fans offered floral tributes to Daisuke and the attendance reached over 6,000.
At the farewell meeting they played an unfinished song that Daisuke had been working on up until his death. The song was intended to be for his Daisuke to Kuro no Injatachi solo mini album that might come out on September 15th, as most of the songs and lyrics are complete. The song was very special, as it also featured Daisuke on the drums.
The memorial was followed by a flower offering ceremony by fans. Many of the fans broke down in tears as they reached the part of the stage where there was a photograph of Daisuke and his costume. Many fans also remember that very stage as the place where Daisuke's band Kagerou disbanded back in 2007, which caused the fans to cry even harder. The night was closed with screenings of live comments and old PVs, while the fans offered their flowers.
