British singing sensation Susan Boyle, who shocked people around the world with her powerhouse vocals, will be covering Yumi Matsutoya's debut track "Hikouki Kumo" in English for her new album, "The Gift". The original track, which was released in 1973 under the name 'Arai Yumi', has been a popular go-to cover for many artists (such as�AKB48).

Of course, the song will be released as a bonus track on the Japanese version of the album. Boyle's Japanese staff collected more than 50 songs for the purpose of a cover, and the singer herself felt a connection with Yuming's song. She selected "Hikouki Kumo" because she fell in love with the melody.

"I recorded this version specially," said Boyle, "and I hope that you can like my version as well".

"The Gift" will come out on November 10th in Japan. In the meantime,�Susan will focus on promotions in the U.S. and Britain before visiting Japan for a third time.
