Japan's number one rock duo, B'z, is making the move over to the blu-ray medium announcing three simultaneous concert releases. All three concerts were previously released on DVD, but fans will now be able to see them in high definition on December 22nd.
The blu-ray reissues will be of "B'z LIVE -GYM Pleasure 2008 - GLORY DAYS-," "B'z LIVE in Nanba 2006 & B'z SHOWCASE 2007 -19- at Zepp Tokyo," and "B'z LIVE -GYM 2006 'MONSTER'S GARAGE'." Now fans of the band will be able to see these concerts in crystal clear high definition and relive the moments all over again.
Although blu-ray has been gaining force in Japan some musicians and labels are still slow to adopt this format rather favoring the traditional DVDs. Hopefully with popular groups such as B'z switching over to the medium fans will be able to see more high definition acts from their favorite stars.
