L'arc~en~Ciel leader TETSUYA has announced that he will be releasing a live concert and documentary DVD called "FIRST TOUR 2010 Roulette wo Mawase! ~LIVE & DOCUMENTARY FILMS~."

The DVD will be released on December 15th, about a month before his "COME ON!" album hits shelves on January 5th, but TETSUYA has revealed that fans who pick up both items will be getting special campaign gifts.

The albums will contain two out of nine possible trading cards at random.� Fans who pick up the DVD as well as the album will get a lottery ticket to enter a drawing.� One hundred lucky fans who win this lottery will be given a file case that was specially made to hold all the trading cards that have been distributed with TETSUYA's releases.
