Four-piece rock band Ken Yokoyama has announced that they will suspend activities following their appearance at SATANIC CARNIVAL 2027 next June.

Frontman Ken Yokoyama announced the decision on September 25 during the opening show of the band's The Rags To Riches Tour VII at LIVE HOUSE Pangea in Osaka.

In an official statement, the band explained that they reached the decision after acknowledging a decline in their "motivation and physical stamina as a band." SATANIC CARNIVAL 2027 is expected to be the band's final performance before entering the hiatus.

Formed in 2004 and led by Hi-STANDARD guitarist and vocalist Ken Yokoyama, the band currently consists of Yokoyama, Hidenori Minami, Jun Gray, and Eiji “EKKUN” Matsumoto. The group has released nine albums and six singles while continuing to perform at venues ranging from live houses across Japan to the Nippon Budokan.
