L'arc~en~Ciel's TETSUYA spent January 7th as a manager of Tsutaya's location in Shibuya to promote his new album "COME ON!"

The plan to be a manger for a day was originally a joke he made during a conversation over New Year's resolutions, TETSUYA eventually made the joke a reality, and made the announcement on January 6th at noon. In spite of the short notice, over 800 fans gathered at the store to receive posters for anyone who received a ticket that came with either copies of "COME ON!" or the DVD of his first national tour.

TETSUYA stood behind the counter with a nameplate on his chest that read "store manager TETSUYA", and even helped the customers! He spent the day joking with customers, and was heard to let out a loud "wow!" when he first heard the beep of the barcode scanner.

Currently, TETSUYA is on his national tour "COME ON! FEEL THE LIGHT!". The tour is running from now until February 13.
