Tokyo Jihen's drummer Hata Toshiki was recently arrested for interfering with a police officer's duties, and has come forward to issue an official apology.

Hata expressed his apologies for worrying Tokyo Jihen fans and pushing back the release date of their newest single with his incident. The message reads, "I gravely accept this current matter, and will take the reprimands and encouragements given to me by so many people to heart. I hope to work towards recovering your complete confidence in me."

Despite pushing back the release of "Sora ga Natte Iru / Onna no Ko wa Dare Demo," it appears that the band will not be canceling their upcoming appearance on the February 18th episode of Music Station.
