girug�mesh, one of Japan's most hard hitting bands,�made their stateside debut in 1999, and this year they made their American tour debut, called "Here we go!!". The tour�coincides�with their newest album, "GO", which was released on January 26th of this year and is the band's fifth album.

The band started their "WORLD TOUR 2011 'Here we go!!'" on March 5th in Europe; making their way through six countries and playing ten shows. �When the band decided to add more shows to their tour, they put America on the map, playing in four cities on the East Coast.

To start off the American leg of their world tour, they stopped by�Anime Boston before moving on to Philadelphia, New York City, and then the capitol of the United States, Washington DC.

The band will continue their world tour in Japan this summer, starting June 4th in Hiroshima. They will play six shows across Japan, including Nagoya, Osaka, Fukuoka, Sendai, and ending in Tokyo on June 26th.
