In a post on X, Chanmina apologized to those involved in the accident and to everyone who have been concerned by the reports.

She explained that she immediately contacted the police following the accident, cooperated with their investigation, and took the necessary steps to address the situation. She added that she is continuing discussions with the relevant parties to resolve the matter appropriately.

Chanmina also addressed speculation surrounding the incident, firmly denying allegations of drunk driving, drug use, fleeing the scene, or distracted driving.

While acknowledging her responsibility for the accident, she emphasized that she would not accept accusations that were untrue. "I take the accident seriously and, of course, acknowledge my own fault," she wrote, adding that she intends to take responsibility for her actions while clearly denying anything she did not do.
